Product Description
MS series single-shaft shredder is a model specially developed for recycling companies with large waste plastic disposal capacity This series of single-shaft shredders are equipped with powerful adjustable hydraulic pushers.This design prevents material jams and reduces wear on the internal rails. The shredder is equipped with diameter 450mm ACERETECH effective V type rotor with width ranging from 1000mm to 2000m . The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station, and is easy to replace and maintain. The design of the standard V-type rotor, the equipped cutters, holders as well as the external bearings and hydraulic screen brackets have been recognized by customers and received good feedback. The MS series shredder can further adjust the design according to customers' requirements for waste disposal. Customers can choose cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatment and other anti-wear devices.
