Nide's stator coil inserting machines are available in many different versions that can be individually equipped with several options.This series are economic machine for standard stators. The machines allow highest fill-factors and narrow slot openings. This is controlled by a precision servo motor so different wedge pattern configurations can be set up to control the amount of slot wedges and length of slot wedges fed into the magazine of the coil inserting machine.
The coil inserting process is generally the most time consuming element in the manufacture of a stator for an electric motor. It is equally important that the coils are well protected during coil insertion process. In order to offer our customers the perfect solutions, Nide well constructs its machines, even the tooling, which is manufactured to an extremely high standard and well polished and treated to give perfect results.
This type of stator coil inserting machine can insert coil and wedge or coil and wedge in the mid of slot into stator at a time; wedge feeding is to be done bt stepping motor,and coil and wedge inserting is by servo system; different parameter could be set in human-machine interface; the speed and feeding mode is acquirable according to different slot filling rate and different kind of wire;Every machine we supply gives the option to program for automatic slot wedge making. Different size stator production can be achieved by changing tooling.

This Stator coil inserting machines apply to micro induction motors such as air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator and pump motor.This machine is controlled by PLC. All the parameter could be set on the touch screen,
Machine main function and characteristic
l. The machine inserts coil and wedge simultaneously, coil insertion is controlled by servo motor system , and wedge insertion by variable frequency motor.
2. It is controlled by HMI, and machine can diagnose breakdown automatically.
3. This machine is suitable for Polyester Film wedge roll material with fixed thickness and fixed width (width and thickness dimension is provided by customer)
4. The wedge feeding is by stepping motor. feeding length, cutting, forming, inserting slot number could be set.
5. Both copper wire and aluminium wire are appliable.
6. Production capacity ≤25s/set (exclude the man-hours for auxiliary work)
