The motor stator test system leverages a state-of-the-art industrial control computer for centralized operation, allowing all testing procedures to be completed with a single wiring setup. This advanced system efficiently measures and analyzes critical parameters for both national and enterprise-level mandatory inspections, including power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, rotor steering, among others. Offering rapid test speeds, high precision, user-friendliness, and exceptional reliability, it automatically analyzes and judges test results. Additionally, it features comprehensive functions for statistical analysis, storage, and printing of annual, monthly, and daily reports. All motor parameters can be pre-set for seamless testing.
