The more the number of strands, the lower the voltage standard, and the details are multiplied by the standard of the enameled wire. Refer to (JISC3202-1994 ).
When the number of strands (N) < 20, the breakdown of the stranded wire is V = breakdown voltage of a single enameled wire * 90%.
When the number of strands is 20≤N<60, the breakdown voltage of the stranded wire is V=the breakdown voltage of a single enameled wire*80%.
When the number of strands is 60≤N<120, the breakdown voltage of the stranded wire is V=the breakdown voltage of a single enameled wire*70%.
When the number of strands is N≥120, the breakdown voltage of the stranded wire is V=the breakdown voltage of a single enameled wire*60%.
Stranding direction refers to the direction of wire take-up in the production process, generally divided into forward (S) that is clockwise, reverse (Z) is counterclockwise
Twisting distance The ratio of the effective measurement distance to the number of turns of the turning will be set by calculation, which is the twisting distance (pitch) of the stranded wire, 4-110mm
