This series of equipment is a full-automatic high-precision winding machine which provides controllable coil lead for automatic production line.It adopts automatic winding, automatic reclaiming, automatic stretching, automatic turning over, automatic bending of lead wire radian, automatic placing of fixture and automatic collection of waste materials, which greatly improves the full-automatic production efficiency.

The advanced high precision motion controller is used in this series of winding machines. The motion controller can carry out high-precision linear positioning, circular interpolation positioning, long service life and programmability, which ensures the high efficiency and precision of the products, small deformation and improved product quality. Special winding coils can be designed according to the requirements of customers.
