Automatic electric motor armature flyer winder coil winding machine
The Automatic Armature Winding machine is designed for winding of various types of hook commutator armature used in home appliances, power tools and automobile industry. As the machine is simple to operate, quick to set to the various armature sizes and high productivity, it is especially suitable for batch winding of motor armatures.
(1) Induction and Feature:
1.Three armature winding mode : single slot-single hook, single slot-double hook and double layer winding. It could do twice winding in one slot, Four times winding in the two adjacent slots.
2.The machine facilitates automatic wire hooking, cutting, and indexing.
3.It is used for winding a diverse range of motor armatures and rotors.Quick to set to the various armature sizes.Production parameter for 100nos armatures could be stored, Display parameter, including shift output, total output, consuming time, present slot No. turn No. and hook No., etc.
4.The armature winding device is easily removed.
5.The counter can be switched for both, forward and reverse winding.
6.The clutch gives a smooth start to the winding shaft by both hand lever and pedal.
7.It could select to wind single or twice, set to wind on the journal of the armature, slow rise and slow decline function, stable type fixture, up-down protective module, protective hooking.
8.Only can snap break the wire: winding before break the wire, or break before winding.
9.The machine stops automatically after the pre-set number of turns has been reached,
10.The machine can be stopped during the winding cycle by means of a lever stop switch.
11.Automatic alarm if any abnormal condition occurs: alarm on the touch screen, buzz alarm and light tower alarm.
